Frequently Asked Questions

Do you have any promotions going on?
Yes! If you purchase 3 buttons, you'll get a 4th random button for free (it won't appear in your shopping cart. I'll add it in the package myself). If you purchase 5 buttons, you'll get a 6th & 7th random button for free.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship to almost every country.

How long will shipping take?
I usually ship items out every Friday. Standard shipping will then take 3-5 business days. International orders usually take 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return policy?
My goal is for 100% guest satisfaction. If you feel there are any issues with your item, please contact me as soon as possible. In general, items can be returned within 5 days of delivery.

Why can't I purchase your other button designs?
While all of my buttons feature my own artwork/illustrations, I can only sell items that do not feature copyrighted characters. I am only able to give out those designs for free, so make sure you try to find me in the Disney Parks and ask if I have any buttons available.
